52 weeks of design: Week 23

Task:

This weeks challenge is to redesign one or more of the Adobe Creative Suite application splash screens. So Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Audition, After Effects etc.

Here’s a brief history of the Photoshop splash screens up until cs5[1]

I wanted something that was simple and immediately gave you an idea of why you were using each program through a symbolic graphic on the left.  I kept the color scheme pretty much the same as the current iteration, but incorporated the file extension as a way to remind the user of the format they are working in.
